Haven A2 Cow Toddler Milk is made with creamy easy-to-digest natural A2 beta-casein protein whole milk with naturally present Milk Fat Globule Membrane (MFGM) from New Zealand grass-fed cows. Haven combines essential scientifically researched ingredients including locally-sourced lactose, prebiotics, probiotics and plant-based DHA and lutein, to support the nutritional needs of your toddler. Crafted with care for toddlers aged 12+ months, it is specially formulated for growing little people.

Deliveries
We can not deliver to PO Boxes.
We utilise the NZ Post courier network for our New Zealand deliveries
NZ Post couriers operate on business days only, 7am – 5pm (local time). They do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
We are also subject to any network constraints or delays that NZ Post may experience.
Because of the increasing challenges with transport providers during severe weather events - there may be unavoidable delivery delays that are outside of our control.

Order Dispatch
Our NZ warehouse is located in Auckland, New Zealand, and is subject to Auckland and national public holidays.
All orders placed before 11:30am on any business day, will be dispatched the same business day. Orders outside of this will be dispatched the following business day (local time).
Shipping
The below shipping time frames refer to our standard shipping method.
Please make sure to select your shipping and delivery options at the checkout.
Normal Delivery
Auckland Region - 1 to 2 days
Rest of the North Island - 2-4 days
South Island and Rural - 4-7 days
Please note: An order cut off time of 11:30am (business day) applies in each region to achieve these delivery time frames. If your order is placed after this time, your order will be dispatched the following business day
Please contact us immediately if you’ve noticed you have made a mistake when ordering, on some occasions if we can intercept the order within the first hour we may be able to make the necessary changes.
Refund and exchange policy
All sales are final.
Haven does not accept returns or issue credit for unused products for safety and quality reasons. If you believe you have received a damaged product or your order is incorrect, please get in touch with us at hello@havenbaby.co.nz within 14 days of the date of purchase so we can make it right.
Whole milk-based nutrition
We chose creamy whole milk from NZ grass-fed cows over skim milk for our formulations, for its superior nutritional profile. Whole milk provides an important source of natural fats for little ones, unlike other brands who use 100% vegetable oils as a source of fat instead. Whole milk also provides Haven’s creamy texture and rich flavour.
